Mi vár rád a workshopon?
A programot egy vezetett pilates flow-val kezdjük, ahol kapcsolódhatsz a testedhez és a belső ritmusodhoz. 🧘
A mozgásélményt egy intuitív, kreatív folyamatban visszük tovább, ahol elkészítheted egyedi pilates tote bag-ed. 👜
A fókusz nem a „tökéletes” végeredményen van, hanem a lelassuláson, a jelenléten és az önkifejezés szabadságán.
A workshopon egyedi technikával dolgozunk - gyere és töltődj fel testileg és lelkileg. 🫶🏻

Az órákat okleveles, tapasztalt szakemberek tartják, így a mozgás mindenki számára biztonságos és támogató közegben zajlik.
 
Fáj valamim – így is részt vehetek?
Bármilyen fennálló fájdalom vagy sérülés esetén a workshopon csak saját felelősségre tudsz részt venni, és kérjük, hogy ezt mindenképpen jelezd az oktatónak az óra elején.
 
Kismamák is csatlakozhatnak?
Amennyiben kezelőorvosod kifejezetten nem tiltja a mozgást, saját felelősségre természetesen csatlakozhatsz. Kérjük, ezt az oktató felé is jelezd.
 
Milyen ruhát érdemes viselnem?
Kényelmes sportruhát, amelyben szabadon és komfortosan tudsz mozogni.
 
Mit hozzak magammal?
Egy palack vizet, esetleg egy törölközőt – és ami a legfontosabb: a lelassulásra való nyitottságadat. ✨
 
Meddig mondhatom le a workshopot?
A workshop kezdete előtt legkésőbb 4 nappal történő lemondás esetén a részvételi díjat visszautaljuk, melyből 500 Ft adminisztrációs díjat levonunk, vagy kérésre a teljes összeg ajándékkártyára váltható.
A workshop kezdete előtt 4 napon belül a részvétel más személyre átruházható, illetve az összeg ajándékkártyára váltható, pénzbeli visszatérítésre nincs lehetőség.

What to expect at the workshop
We begin the program with a guided Pilates flow, where you can connect to your body and your inner rhythm.🧘
We then carry the movement experience into an intuitive, creative process, where you’ll create your own unique Pilates tote bag. 👜 
The focus isn’t on a “perfect” end result, but on slowing down, being present, and expressing yourself freely.
The workshop uses a special technique – come and recharge both body and mind. 🫶🏻

Who leads the Pilates/Yoga class?
The classes are led by certified, experienced instructors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
 
I have some pain or an injury – can I still participate?
If you have any existing pain or injury, you may participate at your own risk. Please make sure to inform the instructor at the start of the session.
 
Can pregnant participants join?
Yes, as long as your doctor has not specifically prohibited exercise, you can join at your own risk. Please inform the instructor beforehand.
 
What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely and comfortably.
 
What should I bring?
A bottle of water, a towel if you like – and most importantly, your openness to slow down and relax. ✨
 
How long can I cancel the workshop?
If you cancel at least 4 days before the start of the workshop, we will refund the participation fee minus a 500 HUF administration fee, or upon request, the full amount can be converted into a gift card.
If you cancel within 4 days before the start of the workshop, your participation can be transferred to another person, or the amount can be converted into a gift card. Refunds are not available in this case.
